All the materials used in the making of the accessories are in their entirely made either in France or in the United States.
Leathers and skins come from one of the last French tanneries, which supply our famous luxury and fashion houses.
Waxed Cotton comes from a company founded in 1838, which works with the most prestigious American hunting clothing
and luggage brands.
This Waxed Cotton, contrary to classic cotton, doesn’t seep and is odourless.
Since 1950, it is also made and treated with environmentally friendly products, non-toxic to humans.
Care:
The leather I use is a greased vegetable-tanned leather, which is not painted.
Thus, if it is exposed to sun or bad weather, its color will change and, over time, it will dry out if not looked after.
Regularly apply a balm, grease, milk… with a soft cloth.
After exposure to rain, let your quiver, or any other accessory, dry up away from any strong heat source.
Temperature during drying must be moderate in order to prevent leather from drying out.
Once the leather is dried through, apply your substance on the surface.
Waxed Cotton is a textile that cannot be cleaned like any classic fabric.
Just as you won’t wash a leather item, you won’t be able to wash or dry clean Waxed Cotton.
You just need to regularly clean it with a moist cloth (soaked with cold or lukewarm water), then with a brush to clean the marks.
In case of stubborn marks, use bar soap, flaked soap or glycerine soap with a cloth, then brush the stain.
Sometimes a small amount of ammonia will help.
Never use liquid or powder detergent.
Never wash in a washing machine or dry wash.
As each product is hand-made, please allow a delay of about two weeks for delivery.
